And does your order wrong. They were using the gloves they mopped the floor with to make your drink right after. They are so nasty. When I called to complain. They said that that girl gets called on all the time about how she’s rude. Idk why they still have her employed with her nasty attitude. My food is always wrong and honestly they need the health department called on them

I usually go at the same time around every week, and the workers started to pick up my order until they memorized it and had it ready when I walked in. The two ladies who work night shift on weekdays are so kind to me. Truly the best dunkin ever.

The app order clearly states what I want. 2 days in a row I get charged for flavoring but do not get it. Today they did it again so this time I asked them to correct it and got a nasty attitude. Do they not have flavors here ? Is this cost cutting for Dunkin' to not give u what u pay for ? Is syrup that damn expensive ? Want me to bring my own ? Can they not count or not read ? Not sure what’s going on at all here go somewhere else till the staff figures out the basics. 3 wrong orders in a row and I get an attitude because I asked it to be corrected. It’s the app guys it prints everything for you just read it or read it slower and Dunkin when you interview make them count to 9 if they can’t do it don't hire them. I get when it gets to the double digits like 10 you got to make a judgement call but come on.

Maybe because I threw out a spent DD iced coffee cup and a Taco Bell bag in their trash? Who knows. Probably should have waited to throw that stuff out I guess. My first (and last) time at this location.
