However, during a recent drive-thru visit, a new employee was disrespectful and mocking, which was disappointing and unnecessary. Making fun of customers is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the business. When I asked for his name, he said it was “Prince,” which I honestly doubt, as it did not seem genuine. I hope management addresses this, because one employee’s behavior should not ruin an otherwise good customer experience.

We frequent Dunkin’ Donuts across the country and I have never had one meet expectations that this location brings. The way it operates and is managed is just something different. It’s quite magical whatever they are doing behind those counters. To top off the service… Drinks are always on point and donuts are never stale. And it’s been that way consistently for many years Great job to all!

I do not understand people who work in customer service jobs why work there? If you don’t like your job please find it somewhere else where you guys do not deal with people. Sometime a customer might be having trouble understanding or have silly questions but for you guys to be so rude and make people feel uncomfortable it’s unacceptable . Customers are what keeps your job and keeps that place open.
