  Food can be better. Too much fries. With this price point, maybe do something different than other fast food places. It was a quick resort for my son’s birthday because our plan didn’t work out. Turn around was good as quick fix. Our server was very good. Quick and catching what we really needed. Game was all up to date! My favorite was DDR dance dance revolution🕺like old times from 2000 🙃🙂 Others, including my son’s friend and a guest, said that VR was their favorite. i even had a fun with my young son.

  **WARNING: DO NO EAT HERE** Waited an HOUR AND A HALF for our food. GM stopped by, apologized, and said she would comp us and our food was next up. Waited yet another 20 minutes. No food. We said we're done and asked the GM For the check. Got the check and NOTHING WAS COMPED. Unbelievable. Will never ever return. Absolutely embarrassing for an establishment like D&B where high customer volumes are the standard.

  Was here for a birthday party. Another good place for kids. Very crowded but understandable for a weekend. Parking was challenging but again, it was the weekend. They only had one server for 30 plus kids and adults, so he was running back and forth. I'm sure it's a "payroll " issue. I did feel bad for some of the kids because after playing for a few hours accumulating points, they could only pick from some 10 cent toys and or gum while all the nicer prizes dangle above.

  I visited Dave & Buster’s - Schaumburg yesterday and had such a fantastic experience, thanks to Randy behind the bar! His customer service was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and kept us laughing the entire time. His personality and energy really made the whole visit special. Randy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. It’s rare to find someone who creates such a fun, welcoming atmosphere while still being completely professional. He’s a huge asset to your team, and because of him, we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Randy, for making our night unforgettable!

  My boyfriend and I had the worst experience on Valentine’s Day. I understand it’s busy but there’s no excuse to not be checked on by our waiter and receive no sympathy from management. We had 7:15 reservations and were seated promptly. We placed our appetizer and entree orders around 7:40. Nearly an hour went by without any check in from our server,Armando, even though we saw him attending tables nearby. When he finally came by after an hour he seemed surprised we haven’t been served. He said he would check with the kitchen and refill our Diet Cokes. Shortly after we see him walking around waiting other tables, leaving us feeling ignored yet again. We did not receive any updates or refills like he promised. We ended up waving down another server, Daniel, who was apologetic and helpful. He checked with the kitchen right away and handled the situation promptly and professionally. He even offered to have the manager come by so we could explain our situation. (We love Daniel give this man a raise) When the manager did come over however, she seemed confused about why we were upset and dismissed the situation as them being “busy”. She repeatedly stated that it wasn’t Armando’s fault. I really don’t care whose fault it was, the lack of communication and basic service was unacceptable. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, my boyfriend’s steak was overcooked, rubbery, and completely inedible. Super disappointing. I love Dave and Busters but we won’t be back to this location.
