I came to ask for a table and the 2 guys stared at me for the longest ever in my life . Then one of them just start to scroll on the computer. We really appreciate that there were dozens of games to pick from and plenty of room over two floors for people to spread out. One or two of the games were not working correctly and I appreciate that the staff were on top of it and they gave us a credit on another game. We came here with a group of 30-year-olds and we all had a blast.

This is not the first time this has happened and I don’t know if you guys are just understaffed or what’s going on but I just found it. Unacceptable that I waited 30 minutes and somebody still didn’t approach us and the manager walked by us as well. She was an African-American lady with With braids in her hair so we just got up and left we love coming here, but the service is just so shitty. I’m sorry.

Staff informed us that there was a local law in Schaumburg requiring a U.S. ID to be served alcohol. We were unable to find any posted signage in the venue or information on the company’s website explaining this requirement. If this is an internal policy, it would be helpful for it to be clearly communicated to customers in advance. Stating it as a legal requirement, rather than a house policy, was confusing and frustrating. Clearer communication and better staff training would greatly improve the customer experience. Unfortunately, due to this situation, we would not choose to return.
