- SNSahar Niroumandpour5 days ago1.0How does a fast food spot close it’s grill and hour and 20 minutes before closing it’s store. What makes it better is that besides carnitas they have no other protein option available. This is a typical occurence that happens at this location. If the grill is turned off at a fast food location that far ahead of closing, then the hours should be changed so you don’t waste customers time.

When I visited, there were about six employees on the floor, but only one person was actually helping customers. The employee taking my order clearly seemed new and struggled to roll my burrito properly, while the others just stood around watching or wandering the floor. When I finally got my burrito and took a bite, the rice was overwhelmingly lime-flavored—far beyond what I’m used to—and the chicken was so hard it was basically inedible. I ended up throwing the entire burrito away, wasting $12. I’ve never had a Chipotle experience like this before, and I won’t be returning to this location ever again. Poor service, poor food, and a total waste of money.

It looks like they lose orders and then don’t have the brains to know how to look them back up so they know how to fulfill the order you placed over half an hour ago through the app. The guy literally took my phone to write down the order so he can make it. Oh and I had to pull out of the drive true, Park and wait even more so that the people behind me whose orders WERE fulfilled can go home happily with their meals. Tried to resolve this issue through the app which also rejected me. Real nice Chipotle.

I went in and they had no steak, no lemonade, no homemade lemonade and the Sprite I put in my cup was sparkling water. The guy at the register was also not a fan of his job. Please do not come to this location! You will be very disappointed!

It was still more than an hour until close and they were out of HALF OF THE INGREDIENTS!! I decided to give them another shot today and i regret it! I ordered through the app and when I got there they didn’t even know that they had an order waiting! And worse of all when I got to my car to eat there was a message saying that they were out of fajitas, lettuce, and tomatoes!!!!!AND THEY DIDNT LET US KNOW! This place is ran by kids and they will ruin your order!
