  I don't have much of a comment about the food because I am not a Chipotle fan but my family is, so I get takeout for them. The service at the takeout window at this location is atrocious. Yesterday there was a car in front of me and they had to wait for 5-7 minutes to get their food before they got to me. Then when my turn came, there was no one to open the window and ask me for my name, they spent another 5-7 minutes merrily making burritos right in front of me inside the store while I waited at the window. Then everyone went to the front area where they take orders and came back 2 minutes later and then opened the door to ask me my name. I told him and he took my package from the shelf and gave it to me. It was lying there all the time but he wasted about 10 minutes. By then there was a line of cars outside in the take out line. This is not a one time occurrence, it's happened at least 3 times in the past. This location always seems to be shrouded in darkness with no streetlights, seems unsafe. All these bad changes have been over the past 2 months.

  This was the worst experience i had with a chipotle. The food was either uncooked or overcooked. it’s impossible to get any help without physically going back to location. Which I was not able to in this case. And honestly, I wouldn’t want them to remake it anyway because it was so gross. I’m sick to my stomach and I ended up throwing it away. Also you can’t reach anyone by phone at the store. So overall you get screwed because using that pepper chat is useless.

  Slow service, order online for a later time and the order wasn't ready and had to wait 15 minutes. Chicken was dry. Dirty tables. The parking sucks

  Avoid this chipotle. Every time I come here there is no fajitas, dirty floor, and rude employees. NO ICE ???????? I can see why Qudoba has taken over. Food is good but little things go a long way

  Store is dirty and disgusting. Always out of iced tea at lunch. Never silverware at lunch. Customer service is terrible.
