Portions are often skimpy, the rice is poorly mixed, and the meat quality is frequently bad—chewy, full of cartilage, and occasionally containing hard, rubber-like pieces. Because of this, I usually order a veggie bowl. A major issue is how early they shut down service. I’ve come in over an hour before their posted closing time and found key items like steak, guac, rice, and corn unavailable, with no effort to restock. The dining area is often fully cleaned well before closing, and tables are rarely cleaned between customers. Service is hit-or-miss: some employees are polite, others are unprofessional. Overall, poor consistency, low food quality, and weak management. I’d go to another Chipotle if it were closer.
