I talked to the manager there he says it happens a lot that he don’t know what happened.

Another lady was rude when my friend was asking it to have it to go and rolled her eyes. Definitely not coming back to this location.

So I asked for a large doctor pepper and no ice. She tried to give me a medium then she gave me a large with ice. I waited for my food got it to go and found out later, there was no fries. So I paid an extra five bucks for a fountain drink..... the sandwich is flavourful however light on flavor. Thank jimmy john's as a Philly. It seems to be very light in meat and cheese and filled with bread and lettuce... quite disappointing to say the least.
