  Service is horrible, every time I’ve been there they’ve treated me with an “attitude.” Like if the people don’t want to work there. The guy takes such a long time in taking your order and he does it with an attitude.

  I come to the Schaumburg location about 3 or 4 times per week. My food always taste great and Kevin is a huge reason I always come back and he is the reason I joined the rewards program. My experience at this location is enjoyable.

  I visit this location quite often during my work week and I'm always happy with the service and the accuracy of my order. Kevin and Jasmine, as well as the rest of the associates, are always friendly and pleasant.

  I frequent the Schaumburg location for a Bagel and coffee about 3 times a month..Every time I go in Kevin is working..He’s always trying his hardest to get my my Bagel and coffee as fast as he can because he knows I’m always crunched for time that early..Just want to let Eisenstein Bagels How much this Is Appreciated to actually see an employee who’s Going the Extra Mile…

  I have been ordering a bakers dozen of bagels and cream cheese for my office every Thursday at the Meacham and Tower, Schaumburg, IL location for 3 1/2 years now. The staff are always so pleasant and friendly towards me. I’m always greeted with a smiling face. The manager, Kevin, either gets my order going or lets the order taker know my “usual” order without me even asking! It’s super nice that they make this part of my job so pleasant! Thank you, Einstein Bagels , for delicious food and fantastic service!!
