  Shoutout to Tom for his incredible and friendly customer service. He made sure to let us know about the new flavors and upcoming special they are having. Ordering was easy and the ice cream tasted very fresh. The store itself was clean and maintained as well. Definitely a great to stop into after a walk around the mall. Thanks Tom! :)

  My boyfriend and I visited the Ben & Jerry’s inside Woodfield Mall today and had a very uncomfortable interaction with the employee working. The employee was a female with a tattoo on her arm but I didn’t catch her name. While we were deciding, we asked what the “Ultraviolet” flavor was and she explained it. After that we ordered two scoops in a cup — one Oreo and one Cookie Dough. She put two scoops of Oreo in the cup, so we politely clarified that we wanted one Oreo and one Cookie Dough. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, she responded with noticeable attitude, saying “you just said Oreo,” gave us a side-eye, and walked away. She then said she could add another scoop in another cup and placed it on the counter aggressively before ringing us up. When we finished paying, she quickly walked away and said “have a good day” in a sarcastic tone. Mistakes with orders are understandable, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily hostile, especially since we were polite the entire time and simply clarified the order. Customer service shouldn’t make customers feel like they’re inconveniencing staff for asking for the correct order. Will never come back ! I hope management can address this because the attitude alone made what should have been a quick and pleasant stop feel awkward and unwelcoming.

  Ben & Jerry’s catered my grandma Carolyn’s celebration of life last month and Gabby and her team truly went above and beyond! If you knew my grandma, then you would know that she ALWAYS had Ben & Jerry’s in her freezer! It was truly her favorite and it only felt right to have Ben & Jerry’s at her celebration of life. Gabby Serna coordinated everything with me and also served at the event, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was kind, responsive, and so thoughtful throughout the entire process. This was a very emotional day for our family, and she truly helped make it feel special. She took incredible care of our guests and even stayed an extra hour just to make sure everyone was taken care of. She also followed up afterward and sent our family the sweetest package, which completely made our day. Because of Gabby and the experience she created for our family, we will absolutely be using Ben & Jerry’s again for future events. Highly recommend working with Gabby and her team!

  We visited Ben & Jerry’s on (December 28th, 2025) around 5:40 pm. Our large group of 7 people got the flavors we wanted and sat on the bench located inside Ben & Jerry’s. Now we were enjoying our yummy ice cream and taking our sweet time without realizing that it was already past 6. What impressed me the most was how respectful and considerate the servers were. They didn’t ask us to leave and waited until 6:14 before closing half of one of the shutters. That’s when I came out of my deep thoughts and realized they were probably waiting for us to leave. We got up and left quickly without turning around and thanking them for such wonderful hospitality. I am writing this review hoping the people who were working that shift will see this review and know how much we valued the excellent customer service. Thank You Ben & Jerry’s Team on this day and time.
