  Very poor customer service we went for dine in no one responded to take the order later we ring the bell one guy came and we started ordering he left and surprisingly he never came back 😃 we are just waiting waiting……. I call one guy from kitchen and told them about situation later the same guy came for take the order I don’t know he left for sleep 😴 Finally for only ordering we wasted our 20mins and we spend 90$. I requested the owner of the restaurant please hire the quality of employes. Thanks

  Last time, I had to wait about 30 minutes for 1 falafel meal. I don’t understand why.. Somebody else got their order before me when they came in after. They also had no hummus. Like how are you out? They said they were low so I think they just didn’t want serve to me and give to somebody else instead for some strange reason. I could of sworn I heard a girl throwing up in the bathroom & for some reason they took to back of the KITCHEN afterwards..

  Very disappointing experience. Poor service, bad management, and the food was not properly cooked — the rice was undercooked. Would not recommend.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing Iftar experience. I came with 5 friends and paid $25 per person, but the food was cold and lacked taste. For that price, we expected fresh and hot food, especially during Iftar time. Sadly, it did not feel worth the money at all. The restaurant should seriously improve food quality and service.
