I came back two days later – still no shirt. They said they would mail it to my home. Since then I’ve called multiple times over several months, spoken with different managers, and kept being told it would be mailed “soon.” It’s now November and I still haven’t received anything. The challenge is advertised with a prize, and I held up my end. The lack of follow-through, honesty, and basic customer service from this location is really disappointing.
