  Worst service I’ve experienced from a fast food franchise in my life. When attempting to order off the menu I was repeatedly told by the female manager working at 1 pm Monday April 13th that they do not do the items I am ordering. I was told I could not upgrade my drink in my biggie bag to a medium, I did not receive my fries, nuggets or sauce and when pressed the employee refused to provide it. I will not return to this location. I cannot believe this employee is somehow a manger. I have never felt more disrespected by a fast food employee. I was not even provided with a receipt for my order surely to make it more difficult for me to complain about it. This employee should be terminated for her rude and disrespectful mannerisms.

  I ordered an Apple Pecan Salad which is my favorite salad 🥗🤤 They no longer have croutons but they have these Parmesan Crisps so I ask for a bag to add a lil crunch. I returned to work open my salad at lunchtime I find I have No Pecans AND they gave me Caesar dressing (yuck) instead of Pomegranate Dressing. Im confused 🤔 how asking for a lil ol' bag of Parmesan Crisps ruined my WHOLE lunch order 😩

  Since your company decided that it’s better not to have a person talk to customers, but increase the cost of the food , and pay for an AI upgraded to a better new self ordering system that is not compatible with families and sitting together. Our family doesn’t eat fast food but, Wendy’s was our only go to. Until the new system. If you can’t employee a person then you lost a family of customers. We are so disappointed in your company and customer service that we will never be able to visit your company again.

  Large sign states "We Have Breakfast" but doesn't open until 10:00, when most people are probably already at work. Interesting.
