    I don't ever leave reviews for fast food places but this location is ridiculous 9/10 times they will mess up your order or something will be missing, I feel like they do it on purpose then eat what is missing from your order

    McDonald’s App allowed me to place a mobile order. When I pulled up to the drive thru in the second lane, no one answered. Then changed to first lane all to find out they are not accepting mobile orders. Told me I had to cancel it in the app to get my money back. Specifically placed a mobile order to redeem points for cheaper meal.

    The employee at the window told us we couldn’t order an item because he didn’t have the button for it on his screen. If that’s the case, why is it still on the menu? On top of that, the staff was very disrespectful, which made the experience even more frustrating.

    If you enjoy wasting your time and fighting to get your money back, this is your spot. I placed a clear order (Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish, drinks) and was charged the full amount at the first window. At the second window, they claimed I had only paid for the coffee and water—the main items were missing from the payment! After this ridiculous mix-up, I requested a refund, and they made me pull forward. It then took a completely unacceptable FIVE MINUTES just to hand me my cash back. Five minutes for change! This location is profoundly disorganized and utterly incompetent. Avoid at all costs.
