The employee running the drive-through kept us waiting, rolled her eyes while repeating my order, and displayed unacceptable customer service. This behavior needs to be addressed.

I come here about three times a week and each time she is always greeting with a smile. She is very warm, welcoming and positive. If there ever is an issue, which there rarely is, she makes sure that she takes care of it personally and will make it right in anyway that she can. I’m not sure if she holds any type of leadership or management position here, but I would strongly recommend looking into advancing her because I choose this location over Starbucks every time for this reason. She is a true gem! I also wanted to note that I very rarely write reviews, but she deserves the recognition because this day and age it is increasingly hard to find someone with her same work ethic.
