  10/10 drinks. They accidentally gave me the wrong drink but were very apologetic and remade it for me. Definitely one of my go to Dunkin locations.

  Stale, bitter beans to match the same low quality bakery items. The "espresso" isnt even real espresso, its just their cheap, weak coffee ground finer and passed thru an espresso machine. A shame because DD used to be good but that was the 80s and 90s. Its gone steadily downhill since. 😕 Speedways donuts 🍩 are great in comparison. Sorry dd, easy pass these days. 🤷‍♂️

  I experienced very poor customer service during my visits yesterday evening and again on Sunday. Both times, the young woman with short hair took my order, and her behavior was unacceptable. When I pulled up to the speaker, she greeted me with “What do you want?” and repeatedly interrupted me, saying “That’s it?” She never says thank you and consistently has a rude, dismissive attitude. On top of that, the food is often burned when she is working. After I finished paying, she walked to the back without a word, and I couldn’t even ask for a straw. I don’t understand why upper management allows this type of behavior. I plan to contact corporate because this is definitely not okay. I’m paying for a service.

  I went through the drive thru at 5:30 Am this morning, to get a quick breakfast this morning. The person taking orders asked me what I wanted, but she stopped talking to me as soon as I started my order. I sat there for two minutes saying hello, but I didnt get a response. I pulled around and there wasn't anyone at the register, but as soon as I pulled off to the gas station down the street I saw them back to taking orders. This experience was very frustrating, because it feels like I was refused service without being notified with a good reason. This isn't the first time ive had an unpleasant experience going to this dunkin due to the service (same person taking orders every time in the early morning), but this is the worse. Definitely, will not be coming back to this location, due to the overall unprofessionalism of the morning staff.
