Im dreading the fact my son has a change in routine today and I have a meeting to run in an hour. This is my new morning Dunkin when I drive out this way and no matter how my morning is going, the customer service attitude is so upbeat and positive it is contagious. You never know how you can change someone's day and the fast food industry needs more of this. Please take care of this employee well!

Last Thursday night my girlfriend and I came looking for dairy-free ice cream due to an allergy, and the girl helping us (Emily?) was overwhelmingly positive, upbeat, empathetic, and genuinely excited when she found some for us. Even if she hadn't succeeded, she clearly invested herself in our request. After a long night of driving and shopping, that kind of positivity made our night.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
