  Decent experience. Unfortunately I had undergone a dialysis session that lasted 4+ hours and was craving a milkshake afterwards. An employee decided to report me to law enforcement stating that I was intoxicated. I do not drink alcohol as it is against my health restrictions. So for someone to make such assumptions is not okay. No one knows of eachothers situation so assumptions should not have been made. So perhaps some common courtesy should be bestowed upon the staff. A simple "are you alright sir/madam?" Would have sufficed. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on or until common courtesy is practiced within your place of business.

  Says it opens at 10 but didn't open until 11. Girl was rude when asked about it. Usually a great place.

  Some of the younger girls behind the counter have a shitty attitude,no personality and make faces when taking orders.Idk if they hate their job or are just mad because they actually have to do some work. DQ owner/management needs to have them retake customer services/training classes or something of that nature. It's one of the reasons I don't like going in there much.

  We had an extremely long wait at the drive thru for our food which in the less than 5 minute drive home was not hot. With the costs of fast food rising, the quality of the food and service shouldn't decrease. The employee was less than enthusiastic about serving their customers. In a small town there are not always many options, however this would be a reason that this establishment would not be near the top of my list. Thankfully I live in an area where I have the options to remove a place from my list of frequented places. It wouldn't take much to make your customers experiences better. A genuine smile, apology for the delay, ask if there is anything else we needed. Wouldn't recommend unless your craving ice cream, because I believe it's the only option in town for that.

  TERRIBLE service. Their time to close the dine in space is 9 yet the doors were locked at 8:30. No holidays or anything going on that could prompt this, and the ladies working inside are INCREDIBLY rude and have attitudes.
