- MWMatthew WeberOct 31, 20251.0As a pizza joint, you expect them to be prepared to handle the rigors of a busy Friday evening. At the one hour mark passed our promised delivery time, we spoke to the store and told them we would come pick our pizza up instead of having it delivered. They were apologetic that they were so busy and weren’t sure how much longer it would be. We told them we were coming for the pizza and we’d be there in about 10 minutes. When I got there, nobody had taken the effort to remove the pizza from the pick up shelf and then a delivery driver also picked it up and delivered it. Their team running their store is not experienced and not led by competent adults.
