I am not Brazilian nor Venezuelan, so what may be good food to me, may not necessarily be good food to a South American. This is definitely the last time I will be here as the customer service needs a lot of improvement. They had a lady working before, and she was much more efficient and polite. The one working now has an attitude, she doesn't say thank you, and she's not efficient. I placed my order the night before and when I got there I had to wait for it. She told me I could not cancel it as she was about to make my order. It defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. Customer service is a deal-breaker for me.
