The guy clearing plates and helping guests was very nice and helpful. Best part of the day. Good and buffet was one of the worst buffets I have been to less options and not great taste.

When you are finished with your empty plate, employee's are there to pick your plate up and take away for you to then get a new plate for more great food! Pizza Ranch is very immaculate and well cleaned up. There is something for everyone there to eat. The fresh Salad Bar is also very good with many choices to choose from. I cannot get enough of their Fried Chicken! So juicy, fresh, hot and AMAZING!! Thank you for opening up in Round Lake, Illinois!!

This is a great location, very clean, fresh pizza, wonderful salad bar and all the ice cream you can eat. What’s not to love! The manager Les was very kind to my daughters and gave them a bonus fun card to try the arcade too. Great experience!

We always love the variety of pizza and the hospitality we receive whenever we visit. I was in today and saw a female manager (I think her name is Felicia) get screamed at by a customer and stayed very professional during/after the interaction. I work in customer service and have been on the receiving end of what she experienced. I felt bad that she had to go through this especially during the holiday season. So I wanted to make sure I made this review to acknowledge that someone saw and appreciates her. I know that this time of the year is not easy in regards to the busyness of the season, so for her to continue with a smile not only impressed me but reminded me what the season is all about! I WILL be back due to her and the rest of the amazing staff.
