  We drove through this location on 2/22/26, Saturday early morning. The cars were backed up but there seemed to be a good number of staff there this morning. We put the order through the drive through only to come to the window to see that the young man at the register was giving us a cup with only ice. I asked him about the water that went with it and he was surprised to find that there was no water on it. They gave the munchkins but most of it squished, flattened. We ordered Gatorade at the drive through only to find otu it wasn't run up. There were a number of young employees there with one who seemed to be an adult, I would think someone should be supervising the morning rush to keep the orders going, checking the order, and maintaining a good customer service. The kid who was at the window seemed to be walking around and not really doing much of the checking the orders before handing it out, he was more interested in chit chatting with the other staff. To the owner: have someone who can be a manager during this shift and can check the orders and keep the staff focused so they don't end up giving ice without the water (in my case) or giving out squished/flatted munckins or not taking the orders correctly. Customers are not paying to do the employee's job or for an experience like this. You can do better, I've seen staff at the location who are more responsible and focused during work.

  Very Poor , unprofessional location Dunkin donuts. All Filled donuts were barely filled with cream or jelly. Terrible experience!

  The younger kids that work there at night are the most polite I'd drive across town to this Dunkin just for their service and so appreciative when tipped

  Quality of production from the morning shift has significantly decreased. We ordered two coffees. They were full of grounds, watered down, the syrups were weak and not stirred. We were sipping grounds about halfway in. I dumped out a good amount of coffee to take these photos. Please take this into consideration.

  He acudido en diferentes ocasiones y el trato por parte del manager es deplorable, es una persona déspota y con falta de empatia y servicio hacia los clientes.
