    Seems every other time we order from this location in the drive thru, an item is missing. Live too far to go back for it. Really ruins the meal.

    We got a wopper Jr for my mom and the copper dosnt come with cheese we didnt ask to put cheese on it and for some reason they put cheese on it also the workers here don't know what they are doing

    pulled in the drive thru and from the moment we arrived Tonya treated us with hostility and attitude stating they are only taking mobile or delivery orders. when I asked how i’m able to order the spongebob meal that is in stores only she told me not sure you gotta figure that out on your own. I asked if there was a reason why they are only taking mobile and delivery and she rudely spoke over me shouting “BECAUSE MY MANAGER SAID SO” We then got stuck waiting in line to leave and I called in the meantime and spoke to this very nice lady who apologized on Tonya’s behalf saying she was not sure why she said that to us or treated us that way but that she was willing to take our order and make it for us and to just pull up to the second window. once we got to the window it was pretty obvious that the manager was Tonya and that she was clearly talking about herself in third person thinking she’d get away with it. once we realized this we let the lady who talked to me on the phone know that we were no longer comfortable ordering there as we shouldn’t have been treated that way in the first place. it was confirmed the lady on the speaker who said the “manager” isn’t allowing orders was said manager after the lady called her by her name asking her to move out of the way when we got to the window and even told her you shouldn’t of talked to them that way. Tonya clearly didn’t give a crap and probably treats people like garbage on a regular

    This is the third time in a row we’ve received cold food from this Burger King. Everything-from the fries to the Whopper—was ice cold. Today was especially bad. We ordered the new SpongeBob meal and a plain Whopper, and this is how it came. Not only was it covered in mayo and completely wrong, but it was cold to the touch and the bun was soggy and falling apart. It was honestly disgusting. We held off on leaving a review before, but this was the last straw. The service has gone downhill, the wait times keep getting longer, and the food quality has clearly dropped. We’re officially done with this location, which is disappointing because we used to joke that this was the only Burger King that didn’t mess up our food.
