  My today's order was the worst, I always go to this location and most of the time my burrito is decent size and nothing is missing. Today I asked for chicken and beans , beans were not added and it's my fault as well not to notice it its not on the meal. Time to look for different location. My family was not happy about their bowl (half from normal )

  This was the WORST EXPERIENCE. I wanted to try the new chicken burrito with cilantro sauce. Gave me someone else order and no sauce AT ALL. I tried calling the store directly got a robot then wanted me to put a remote access code, tried 3 different times. Used what I thought was the stores number go back to the AI Robot answering. I sure hope it was recorded because how do you accomplish anything if you have an issue and no live person will talk to you. My husband burrito bowl hardly had anything in it. Last time I am ordering from this location and not getting delivery again. Please Costa Vida and Cafe Rio come to IL.!!! I paid over $60 and honestly what I got was worth $15.

  The food is always as expected and good. But this trip they had no straws and no spoons. I asked at the front and was told they where ordered but not in yet. Overall, enjoyed the food

  love the food the service is not as well as i am used to seeing here the people behind the counter are just rude when you ask for extra rice

  I feel like an old man writing this but i rlly dont understand the 1 star reviews. The service was really good. Food portion was great. If you order online you are bound to get terrible portions from any Chipotle. Just dont be lazy and go to the store.
