  If I could give this place negative 1000 stars for this review I would. I used to come here often when it first opened and it was fun. Over the years the service has fallen BEYOND OFF. Recently there has been a daytime bartender white female who. definitely could care less if I was in the establishment, I may as well have been named Invisible Man. Then one time while waiting for my oil to be changed at 10:54am I walked in because the door was open and the TVS were on. I was walked by twice and then asked to leave because they open at 11AM 👀. That same woman was the initiator of that ask. But the real reason for this review is because tonight on 3/6/2026 I was starving after working at 13 hour shift at my job, and thought I would be sick if I waited to cook when I got home (I am a single man). I ordered a beer with a lime street tacos with fries. The bartender was a white male around 25-30 and forgot my lime off the bat and was giving the bad vibes before I even ordered. I attempt to get his attention and again I am invisible man, so I raise my hand and shout to him and motion for him to come over he ignores me and waits for a different server to exit an area so he could prepare customer’s drink which had just been ordered. When he finally comes by hes flippant like “what?” and I may I have my lime please? Oh yea sorry about that. Yea, so another roughly 40 mins go by no food yet… Again super starving everyone at the bar is eating around me and people are leaving because at this point its MIDNIGHT. So i ask the bartender is the food coming? Uh yea I just went back there I guess there was a mixup with a take out order? How? Im at the bar. You are the bartender. Needless to say I will NEVER be back. I wasnt even comped the beer. This place should be shut down or any and all staff fired retrained sent to customer service 101 Camp.

  Good luck trying to get a takeout order on time. Even showed up 15 minutes after scheduled time and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Wingstop is far superior in food and speed

  I don't want to be rude. I want to be honest. Years ago, I used to live in Burbank,Ca. and the nearest BWWwas 45 minutes away. Every Sunday, my friend Linda and I would make the drive to have lunch there. I loved it. The food was great. I currently live 5 minutes away from the nearest BWW and will not got there. Actually, today I drove 20 minutes to go to Wings Etc instead. The atmosphere of BWW is GREAT, the associates are GREAT... the food is POOR. My review probably has nothing to do with the individual establishment and more with the corporate entity. When I first visited BWW, years ago, the wings were GREAT.... they were large and the taste was fantastic. Now the wings are tiny... and the taste is.... meh....
