Watching employees move at a snail’s pace while customers wait is beyond frustrating. Management either doesn’t care or has completely lost control of this location. The difference in attitude is obvious — the Spanish-speaking staff were polite, professional, and respectful, while the rest of the staff were careless, dismissive, and openly rude. This location has gotten so bad that even my friends have stopped ordering from here entirely. That should tell management everything they need to know. Until the staff is replaced or properly trained, this franchise is not worth anyone’s time or money.
