    I've never been to a McDonald’s where the culture required everyone to smile. It's evident that the staff has outstanding leadership. The food presentation was also on target. Kudos to all staff during this lunch shift. Leaders understand and appreciate good leadership!

    I went through the drive through at 11:30 p.m. on New Years Eve. The women on the speaker was very pushy and had an aggressive tone. When we pulled up to the second window, we did not receive one chocolate twist ice cream cone. When we asked for it, she pointed towards a different cone dismissively. Not wanting to be aggravating, we left. Eating our food, we discovered that we had a cold Big Mac, no spoon for our ice cream, and no napkins. I'm not kidding. I understand that it's busy, but that's no excuse to be disrespectful to customers.

    Listen. No one wants to be at McDonalds at 1am, probably not even the employees. But we just got off a flight and needed food. All we wanted was chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. So tell me why the lady who took my order in the drive thru cut me off every third word to say something snarky and rude AND was screaming every word. It got so bad that I literally only said the food items, and I'm still thinking about this 2 hours later.

    Staff is always friendly here. Customer service always seems good with not much if any wait for your order. Always like stopping here when I land into Ohare.
