The food presentation was also on target. Kudos to all staff during this lunch shift. Leaders understand and appreciate good leadership!

When we pulled up to the second window, we did not receive one chocolate twist ice cream cone. When we asked for it, she pointed towards a different cone dismissively. Not wanting to be aggravating, we left. Eating our food, we discovered that we had a cold Big Mac, no spoon for our ice cream, and no napkins. I'm not kidding. I understand that it's busy, but that's no excuse to be disrespectful to customers.
