  Fantastic food and even more awesome staff! I was treated like family here, and the food is TOP notch. The general manager, Liza, is absolutely phenomenal. She was not only extremely knowledgeable of the menu, but she was also extremely personable to me right from the start, both on the phone and in person. I called in about 20 to 30 minutes before closing, and it was absolutely no problem at all for them to accommodate my order - and they did so happily! All of this made for an amazing takeout experience - yes thats right, all of this just from takeout! I’ll be going back for sure to eat there.

The interior features rich, dark wood paneling, polished brass accents, and comfortable, private booth seating—creating an environment that feels both upscale and welcoming for a dinner for two. ​The service during our visit was impeccable. The staff is clearly well-trained, demonstrating a professional yet approachable demeanor that ensures you feel well-attended to without being rushed. This pace is particularly appreciated when you are looking to decompress after a long day of travel or business meetings. ​We began our meal with the New England Clam Chowder. This is a dish that truly tests a seafood restaurant's foundations, and McCormick & Schmick’s passes with flying colors. The chowder was remarkably creamy and rich, featuring a generous amount of tender clams and perfectly cooked potatoes. It wasn't overly thickened with starch, which allowed the natural oceanic flavor of the clams to lead the dish. It was a comforting, high-quality start to the evening. ​For our main course, we both decided on the Seafood Alfredo. It is an indulgent choice, but one that is executed with great technical skill. The Alfredo sauce was silky and decadent, coating the pasta evenly without being heavy or greasy. The dish was loaded with succulent shrimp and tender bay scallops that were cooked to perfection—never rubbery, always fresh. The addition of black pepper fettuccine provided a subtle, sophisticated heat that cut through the richness of the cream sauce beautifully. ​For two people, the portion sizes were substantial, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. While the pricing is at a premium, the quality of the ingredients and the professional ambiance justify the cost. It is a reliable, top-tier choice for anyone seeking a high-quality seafood meal in the Rosemont district.

  I typically don't like to do reviews, but feel like I have to after tonight. Came here originally for my 11 year anniversary with my fiance back in November of 202 and had a great experience and decided to return tonight for Valentine's day and it was an absolute nightmare. Placed a reservation a month in advance, the restaurant seated us (and everyone else with reservations) an hour late because they kept seating walk-ins than kept saying "it's out of my control." Eventually a table opens by the bar and we manage to grab that, but after what followed I'd rather have just gone to 5 roses pub. The waitress was absent minded as all hell: brought us appetizers and no silverware until after we ate with our hands. She brought us the check for a different table and when we brought it up she dismissively states she must have brought our check to the wrong table, as if that's our fault. I'm not about to pay someone else's tab, especially when they wracked up $150 more than what we did. Eventually get the correct check, pay for it and the waitress brings my bank card back to a completely different table where the people had only just sat down and started enjoying their appetizers. Fortunately, that couple had more decency than our waitress and was quick to return my bank card to us

  I wanted to take my wife to a good place where she could enjoy seafood and I could get a steak. Very nice restaurant with cherrful valet parking and an attentive hostess. Service went downhill from there and was much less that I would expect at a place like this. Our waitress never introduced herself and didn't seem happy to see us. Since we don't drink alcohol our drinks ran dry while we were eating and never refilled. I assume if we were buying cocktails and wine we would have seen her more often. The seafood platter was 5 star, my wife was happy. My medium well steak was more medium rare but I don't like to send food back so I ate it anyway. Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes were top notch. I think my biggest disappointment was that I get better table service at a Dennys. Unfortunately there are many other places I can get seafood and a steak so I most likely won't return.
