  I had a great experience at Giordano’s. The food is truly delicious! The fried calamari was the highlight for me—perfectly crispy with an amazing mix of flavors. The battered and fried lemon slices are mind-blowing and pair beautifully with the seafood and the house marinara sauce. The main dishes were full of flavor. The pasta was tasty, and the chicken parmesan was colorful, rich, and satisfying. The dessert, however, was just okay—good, but with a very common flavor compared to the standout savory dishes. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and very family-friendly, making it a place I would absolutely visit again. Great food, great portions, and an overall enjoyable experience.

  Make a reservation if you can! We did not have one and we're lucky enough to be accommodated by the staff. Our waiter was honest about the wait for the pie and it was well worth the roughly 45 minutes it took. Delicious and dripping with cheese. We had appetizers that came out quickly why we waited for the pizza. The team was quick with refills and 3 staff jumped on missing paper towels in the restroom. They have a great outdoor dining area with a fireplace that I wish we would have seen before sitting inside. Several families filled the place while ballgame were visible on multiple screens. The slices are so thick that we only needed one pizza for 4 and had left overs. We did split mozzarella bites, calamari and some other app. Would highly recommend and will go back next time

  Took a group of 8 (all out-of-towners) to Giordano’s in Rosemont for their first Chicago deep dish experience — and it did not disappoint! Service was quick and attentive, which is impressive for a lunch crowd. The $10.99 personal deep dish (available in cheese, sausage, or pepperoni) plus a side is an awesome deal and perfect for getting a true taste of Chicago without the long wait. Everyone loved it! Highly recommended — a Chicago classic done right!

  Ordered through Uber Eats, which just used Giordano's delivery service anyways so they have all the accountability. They took nearly 2 hours to deliver a pizza to a place 10 minutes away. I called after 50 minutes, I was told it just got out of the oven and the driver will be there in 20 minutes. Another 40 minutes pass by, I call again, I get told he'll be there in 6 minutes After another 15 minutes, it arrived. The pizza was so cold and stale at this point. It was disgusting. It didn't help there was a lack of sauce and toppings. The workers on the phone did not care at all that it was taking so long to deliver this pizza.

  The only issue I experienced here was during the ordering process. When I walked in and told the host I wanted to order a pizza to go, she rather abruptly told me to “get out of here” and go to a different building—without offering any explanation. Confused, I asked what I needed to do in order to get a pizza from that location. She then told me I had to be seated. Once I sat down, the server kindly informed me that the pizza would take about an hour to prepare. I decided to wait in my car while it was being made. By the time it was ready, I was already hungry, so I ended up eating one slice there. The pizza was delicious but very large, definitely more than one person could finish alone. I also ordered a soda. My total came to about $40, which I found quite surprising. For one pizza and a soda, I expected the total to be closer to $25–30, even considering the deep dish style. I don’t understand how it reached $40. Because of the high price, I wasn’t able to leave a tip for the waiter—who was genuinely kind and attentive—which made me feel bad. In the end, it seems that dining in for a simple pizza and soda could easily reach $50 after tipping, which feels excessive for one person. If I had added a salad, beer, or cocktail, the bill could have been close to $100. My main feedback is twofold: the pricing feels unreasonably high for a single meal, and the host’s attitude made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. If the host had been more polite and taken a moment to explain the ordering process, I likely would have just placed a to-go order and avoided the confusion. That said, the pizza itself was excellent—I’m just glad I didn’t order anything else.
