  Terrible service. Machines continually stole credits and the staff didn't want to cedit them. Had to speak to 5 employees just to get a game credit back. Complete lack of regard for customer service. Don't waste your money here

  1. Seated right away because it wasn’t busy 2. Waited 20 minutes before waiter came to table 3. 10 more minutes wait for drinks 3. Out of Spinach dip but were charged for the plain chips. Yum. Plain tortilla chips! 4. Waited 10 minutes for salsa (charged) smallest salsa container I’ve ever seen lol 5. Waited 30 minutes for food after order 6. Waiter brought out breaded shrimp instead of grilled shrimp. If you’re hungry, order multiple orders because these are micro shrimp… 7. Veggie Bean Burger patty smelled like meat so was probably cooked on an unclean grille… be careful vegetarians and vegans! 8. No mustard at the table. Ketsup is hidden under the menus if you’re looking for it… 9. No drink refills 10. The restroom signage is weird. Just hang up a Men and Women sign please. Thanks!

  Took my family for New Year's Eve and we had a fun filled night with awesome arcade games to choose from to the exceptional food choices on the menu and the service was on point with our waiter. I wish I remembered his name but he was a delight to have as our server. I had bought tickets for the New Year's Party for the adults only side, my husband and I enjoyed the fact they had the appetizer buffet which they did state on their website when buying the tickets the voucher was good for the Chef's choice Appetizer buffet and dessert, a champagne to ring in the new year and bottomless soda drinks. We loved the staff who were having their own fun with the dj music in the back it was nice to enjoy seeing them enjoy themselves at their own work place. My family will definitely be coming back for the fun atmosphere, great waiting service and the food and drinks were perfect combo after a good gaming match.

  It is a sports bar and has a very large game room. A lot of the games did not work properly. Our food was ok. We had smash burgers(were okay) and fries, salmon(sauted and not so good) and fries and fried fish(tasted good but they served with garlic mayo and it was cold) and fries. Our server was not available most of the time we were there.

  Today my family and I went here. The games are great but when we went to get a table wait was 45 minutes actually was more then that lol. The table waitor was everywhere not attenive nor cared it showed. He (Fabio waiter) did not get the order right nor checked if we needed anything the worst service Ever! Now first we ordered appetizer beef nachos he he brought chicken. The chicken Philly was to salty. I dont know what happen to this location 😕 I rate it F! . Not worth what I paid for this visit. People if your looking place play games it good. Don't stay for the food not worth it. There are much better places that have waiters that attend customer with proper service. Not one manager passed by the table either change your ways before this place closes Down! I contacted this number given below. I was told I would receive a call by manager with in 24-48 hours. No one has called snd its been over five days no call back.
