Didn’t like the place.
Most of arcades is just a scam to pull your money. Not a lot of fun games.
Food isn’t good and also quite pricey. Tastes fine, but it looks stale and low quality.
Service is very bad, you to wait waitress for a long time or go a find her yourself.
If you go there, eat somewhere else, just play arcade and done.
I was surprised to see their arcade area is small compared to the size of the location. Very disappointed! We were gone after only 2 hours (includes eating and playing). We were excited and drove over 2 hrs just to be done in a blink of an eye. We won't be visiting this lo action any time soon.

I really hate the service here.
We had a guy named Edgar who was new to the job, sure, but was low key giving attitude and "I don't want to work here" vibes. It took an hour to get food, over 20 minutes to get a brownie with ice cream on it, and there was over 12 employees and 10 total customers at the bar and tables in general. The place was SO empty with lots of employees, but terribly slow service. They were too busy having fun laughing, looking at their phones, all the while the night manager looked exhausted of these people he has to look over.
I thought if I got the season pass, I'd get 25% off my food, but because it was $1 Wing Thursday (minimum of 10 wings to purchase), the 25% off does nothing. Which I would have liked to have been told when paying for my food, but Edger took my card, charged me, and I just was irritated by his attitude.
The only good person to talk to was a different manager earlier. Larger in build, tall, glasses, blue Dave and Busters polo shirt. He helped with my season pass, the food, the discounts, everything and it was really quick. I was trying to have a good time but man. So much time wasted that night. Definitely going elsewhere next time.

We visited on March 24th after not being there for a few years. Food was great. Haven't been in a while and the upgrade on games was awesome too. The issue was with service. The hostess seemed irritated with the size of our group... Eight present with the possibility of two joining. Then we got a server that did bare minimum, barely did check back, and then when we stayed late (birthday gathering for my daughter), she sent the busser over to completely clear. I'm talking water glasses too. I told him we wanted more water and for him to leave the glasses for it and he told me he was doing what he was told and that I would need to ask the server for more water, as he was just the busser. She didn't come back until presenting the bill.
Fun part is that she could've made bank with off duty servers sitting in her station, but she chose to not really serve, so we only left the auto grat.
Here is what your staff did to my family.
Our server admitted to entering our order wrong. Food came out incomplete. When I asked to speak with a manager, the server raised his voice at me in the middle of the dining room. The manager on duty defended him instead of addressing us.
My son, who has celiac disease, waited so long he ended up with 4 bites of food for his entire meal — and what arrived wasn't even a full portion.
That alone was unacceptable. But it didn't stop there. We were a mixed-race table and the same server referred to us as "those people” which felt racist to everyone there.
I was outraged and immediately emailed corporate. When leaving the dining area, Itold the server I hoped his behavior was worth it because I emailed corporate about my experience.
Within one minute I was approached by the assistant manager and two security guards and told that I had to leave.
I explained that I could not simply leave — my son is diabetic, was without food after waiting over an hour for an order your server admitted to entering incorrectly, and had no other adult responsible for him. The assistant manager's response? "I don't care. Not my problem." I was also threatened with having the police called and being arrested.
I am a 43-year-old mother of two who has never been removed from an establishment in my life.
He also refused to refund my son's game card — for games he never got to play because we spent the entire time waiting for food that never came.
Corporate's response to all of this? A free pass to come back.
I will never set foot in a Dave & Buster's again. But I will keep sharing this story until it is taken seriously.
@DaveAndBusters, a child's medical needs are not "not your problem." Racial dignity is not "not your problem." Do better.
