- SSSarah S4 days ago5.0My husband, Shan & I were so hungry after a 7mile hike @ Busse woods, and our treat to celebrate this was Chipotle. Coriama greeted us with a wonderful smile and gave us the Al Pastor chicken bowl with Chips & Queso. She was courteous and attentive so that we got what we needed. Highly recommend this location!

- VVVanessaMar 27, 20261.0I was in line asking for steak when next to me was a employee on her lunch break she asked for a burrito and once she told the girl she wanted steak she gaved her a large portion of steak , wished they did like that to everyone who goes here , they only give me half of sooon that's why I always pay double , this place will scam you. Last time I asked for double fajitas and the manager short chubby lady said I will charge you for extra and I said but online we can have it for free if we put double ? She said well that's online not here . Like what ???? This place is the worst to get food from ? Just drive to Lee street they have better portions of food Employees here act like it's coming of there paychecks the portions

Received a bowl without extra chicken and tons of beans which my son is allergic to so he couldn't eat it. Tried to reach out to have it remade but because it was a group order placed on a delivery service they refused to help and said we would have to go to the delivery service for a refund. Why would the delivery service be responsible for refunding the price of the produce made incorrectly by Chipotle? The delivery service didn't make the food nor make the mistake. Chipotle refused to help even though I provided the attached pictures to their customer care showing the mistake. 9 times out of 10 the orders are incorrect. I don’t understand why chipotle doesn’t allow you to contact the restaurant directly to let them know the mistakes they made. How else are the going to Improve if they don’t even know what they keep doing wrong?
