  Had a pick up order and they cheaped out on the sandwhich barely put any meat in there, felt like I was eating nothing but lettuce and bread

  I ordered online with the app. I did not see the veggie patty option. I went into the store and asked about the veggie patty option and the guy said we don’t have it for bogo. I asked him if I could buy it on the side. He said I’ll charge you full price. I asked again about just the patty. He said no again. Then I asked about which order was mine and he kept saying it’s here. I asked him which bag is mine and which one is my brothers. He couldn’t tell me. I’m sure he mixed up our bags. Then I went to grab napkins because I like my subway saucy and my hands get dirty. I grab a handful and the guy said I could only have two. What did he think I was going to do with them? It’s not like they have good quality napkins anymore. They’re cheap 1 ply anyways. I would not come back here again. On top of all that he made all of our sandwiches with the wrong items. I have my reciept and photos attached. It says no tomatoes and he put tomatoes. It said no cucumbers and he put cucumbers. It said guardianes and he put jalapeños. Like you can’t read the reciept?

  Got 2 sandwiches delivered, on a promo they have for a bogo. Both sandwiches came shorted on the meatballs. Not the first time this has happened. They want to get away with giving you less because of a promo or just because they can on a delivery. Do better subway smh

  Charges extra and the guy counts how many pieces of onion he put in...most ridiculous subway ever. Go somewhere else

  I asked him if I could do a split payment because I wanted to use my VISA gift card. He kept saying it’s not a subway gift card so they can not use it (i had used that card as a visa 3 days ago there). I tried explaining you have to run it as a visa he just told me NO SUBWAY will accept it. I went to the subway on North Ave and Bloomingdale rd and they were gladly able to use my Visa gift card for a split transaction.
