  I go thr with the app, I get 3 different codes, the girl kept telling me she didn't receive it.. in the end she gave it to me anyways, but if I have to go through that, I don't want the app, I would rather fill out the survey and get a free sandwich.. I deleted the app!!!!!

  I always go to this McDonald's in the afternoon to get coffee, whenever I go they always give me fresh warm coffee.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered over $50 worth of food. We asked for sauce on the side of the arch burger. They upcharged me and gobbed enough sauce for 4 burgers onto one burger. This caused the burger to be completely inedible. We ordered two McCrispy sandwiches - they were both completely burnt and black. Again, inedible. We ordered two 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals and only received 4 nuggets in the 6 piece box. Finally, we had a large fry that was less than half full and no fries in the bag. When I called and spoke with the manager at 12:30pm on Saturday March 7, they informed me there was nothing they could do unless I brought all the food back unopened and untouched. We do not live close and have 3 young kids, so that was not an option. They offered no apology, nothing to make it right at all. The lack of ownership and customer service is appalling. Shame on you McDonalds. We will never be back to this location and will make sure to advise friends and family to avoid as well.

  Chose curbside pickup and waited forever, but no one came out. Had to go through the drive-thru just to find out it was already ready. Staff attitude wasn’t great either. Saw other curbside cars waiting and leaving too
