Went there yesterday. They had lost the order and instead of fixing it. Took time trying to get people behind me taking care of. Once I finally asked again about my order she placed it in and put me at the back of the line. She couldn’t explain how it got lost or offered any apologies. Didn’t even get the sauces I ordered because they ran out. Place 3 hrs ahead of time, order was an hour late. Front cashier Melanie is horrible. She needs some serious training

I was literally on the phone for 28 minutes waiting so I started driving that way just to see if they were to answer on the way over there. They were just standing around. Nobody on the phone. Nobody doing anything just standing around. The point was to get my order in so on the drive that way by the time I got there it would be ready nobody is answering the phone in this location. Order online or order in person is there thing at this location I always have some type of problem at this location

They left me on hold for 10 minutes then told me it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait for the wings. Very disappointing.
