Staff is great! Foods over priced but that’s not new. My main concern is we had a snow storm and 48 hrs after the owner of this location DIDNT have the parking lot or drive through plowed it’s very dangerous and super icy now. I cant believe your staff has to walk across that to get the car. Not to mention how many elders come here to this location. You want miss sue slipping and busting her hip because Wendy’s was too cheap to make the lot safe? I doubt it it would be one hell of a lawsuit

We like it but I’m not likening this new AI thing to order just not use to it. It doesn’t understand and always asks to repeat. Reminds me when we call customer service line and never understands anything! Takes longer than needed

I don't eat fast food often, but when in a crunch, we prefer Wendy's. This Wendy's in particular hasn't let us down in accuracy or quality. What prompted me to leave this review is my 2nd interaction with the manager or supervisor. He apologized for the wait due the drive-thru line and I remember him doing this another time as well. This seems like a small gesture, but the positive customer service experience in fast food is underrated.
