  i usually never leave bad reviews unless it’s necessary. i was recently at this location getting dinner for me and my family. i come home get ready to eat and there is a black hair in my taco. The bite my son took was the hair coming out. Most disgusting thing ever. At the speaker box i asked for midnight baja blast and it was correct on the screen. at the window i get handed a regular baja blast i asked the girl and she was super rude about it and said i said a regular baja blast when it clearly said midnight blast on the screen. i never go inside beacause one time i seen an ant on the soda machine. so i decided to go through drive through. this taco bell needs to de better with cleanliness and overall customer service.

  3rd time they've given me a completely wrong order, on the 3rd time I called to ask for a swap out or comp as it's excessive - same manager lady just kept repeating herself like an npc with an attitude like doing some quality customer service would hurt her.

  Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience here. This particular Taco Bell has been my go-to for the past six years that I’ve lived out here. Food and service has always been pretty good but tonight everything was exceptional. I ordered a NachoBell Grande meal with an extra side of nacho cheese, a large Baja Blast and a few hot sauces. My nachos were wonderfully overflowing with toppings. The chips were crisp and toppings were fresh and hot. The taco that came with the meal was perfectly filled - not messy and not scant, just right. I love the generous handful of hot sauces given. Portions are perfect. The Baja Blast and extra side of nacho cheese are staples whenever I order anything. The staff is efficient and quick. Whatever you’re doing, keep it up! Your night crew is amazing and crushing it.
