I’m a mom taking care of both a toddler and my elderly father. Really? Either compensate your employees correctly and/or hire enough that they can keep up with demand. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed—items charged for that weren’t in the bags, lack of communication on the app. I’ve just had the last straw tonight after my 5th time trying this 😞. I even threw in multiple substitutions for my order thinking it’d be better! I’ve now learned my lesson.
