I got the wrong iced coffee and a sourdough sandwich with cheese and only the bottom slice of bread (untoasted). The kid that finally brought out the order was very nice apologetic and gave me a donut for my wait. I wish this was the only bad experience here, it is on my way to work and this was my last.
