Last year I was able to get my free drink that I get once a year on my birthday and apparently they changed the rules and now I'm not able to get one freeing drink. They act like it'll hurt their business to just give someone one lousy simple iced coffee drink a bunch of jerks. Never going to Dunkin donuts again

One employee was extra helpful when I forgot to add whipped cream to my drink in the mobile app. She kindly added it for me without any problem. (I had to ask for her name since they don’t wear name tags and I believe she said her name was Taylor) I really appreciate her understanding attitude and great customer service! It’s the little things that count. Will be coming back again!
