- NNNikkiDec 24, 20251.0Unprofessional staff & poor customer service!!! If I could give negative stars for service, I would! You have lost a customer, whose kids loves your pizza!! I will not make any future orders with this establishment due to the lack of professionalism & courtesy towards it’s customers. Before placing my order I called the location to see what time it closed as it is Christmas Eve. Their phone recording system said 12am! I placed my order & paid for it online. Online tracker showed as accepted & being made by Ruben at 634p, with an ETA of 710p to be ready. Arrived to location around 715p & doors were locked. Employees pretended that they didn’t see me attempting to enter. Only after banging on the door several times did an employee state they were closed! I explained that I placed & paid for an order. Laughing another employees stated we cancelled your order! Extremely unprofessional & terrible customer service!!! How do you cancel an order over 30mins after it was placed & due to be ready!!
