  This is the worst Chipotle location that I have visited this is second time they didn't have any salsa except the mild nor any fajita and it was so felthy

  .I ordered a steak bowl with, sour cream, cheese, and tomato salsa and this is what I got. I didn't even want guacamole. Support was hard to work with and would not replace the points spent on this. 0/10

  The only thing that annoys me more than someone who is incompetent, is somebody who acts like they are not. I have been a loyal Chipotle Customer for years... All the way back to the CO days.... The people at this facility are extremely rude, and they serve your food like you are being rationed during the great depression. They fill the spoon, and then they shake off everything until it is below the line of the spoon being used... My Kitten gets bigger servings at home, then people do at this Chipotle.. Serve the correct amount. Nobody asking for double or freebies. But when the bowl is 40% empty, stop acting like you are serving people overages in food. I will never understand why people who have such horrible customer service skills and clearly do not care about the image of the business go into services jobs... Just stay home at this point.

  The food was good and the staff who helped with our order was great. However, there were three teenage employees in the kitchen who were screaming loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear, pushing and shoving each other, and seemed to have been recording each other with their phones. I know it’s a fast food place so I don’t expect the workers to not be casual with each other, but the behavior I experienced was very childish and highly distracting. And with them roughhousing in the kitchen i worry about their safety. I haven’t been to this location in a while but I’m surprised to see so many other similar complaints to mine.

  With the prices going up, and the quality going down, I'm not inclined to return. The last 3 times I've gotten a bowl, some rice is undercooked / hard, there is gristle / fat that I've had to spit out, and some other weird, hard things in the bowl that I can't identify?! Each time I have to request one scoop of rice or the whole bowl would be mostly rice. I have a closer option that is more consistent and better tasting for around the same price.
