Rudeness and running out of food by 8 is the norm here. Highly recommend going to the north weber location in Bolingbrook if you can instead.

Did you really “run out” or too lazy to get more in the fridge. When I got home the rice was extremely salty and under cooked. The veggies were burnt. I couldn’t even finish the food. I want a refund. If there was a photo option I’d send a picture of my literal charred food. Waste of money.

No Hello!..No thank you and have a nice day! Nothing!!! Just all attitude! Then when it comes to how clean it was...the counter was messy with food spills. The lemonade station was not clean. I wasted my half bday free drink on lemonade that tasted old and sour...not the good sour either! I was very disappointed! This is the location I normally go to and never have had issues but this is my 2nd time encountering this attitude. Last time, the employee was slamming the rice and beans in the bowl. Again....Chipotle you need to provide better training and hire people who like to work and be around people.
