  . I specifically ordered a regular double roast beef, and they gave me a beef and cheese. It genuinely ruined my day as I was so excited to go to Arby’s, so I went through the drive through, and only when I got home did I realize I had the wrong sandwich. I ate it because I was very hungry, but the sandwich was actually horrible. The disgusting canned cheese taste and weird sauce grossly overpowered the roast beef, and deeply regret taking a bite. They also gave me a large jamocha shake, while I only ordered a regular. That I wasn’t so mad about, because I love their shakes, but it still was an up charge I wasn’t expecting. I was very disappointed in today’s service

  we got a super roast beef, french dip sandwich, Beef N Cheddar, curly fries, and potato cakes. great food today.

  Typically when it come to Arby’s I get chicken items. Today I got their burger and very surprised on how good it was. Overall 10/10 for fast food

  If you order in the drive lane they make you pull forward even if no one is behind you. This causes your food to be brought out last if they do get someone. And then they have to bring it into the cold and walk it to my car. Why can’t you accept the fact that you’ll have a wait time and let people stay at the window? I’m watching someone who came way after me order and get their food before I do. All because they want better wait times on paper. Very frustrating
