  This location has messed up my food a lot over the years, but nothing comes close to today. We pulled up to the speaker and my boyfriend ordered my drink which was a medium berry burst energy. What popped up on the screen was not how it usually shows, so he asked again if they got that drink. The guy responded saying they no longer have berry burst, they have blackberry. I understand that they no longer serve that item, but he did not even tell us ahead of time so I almost paid for the wrong drink. When we pulled up to the window, they gave us our drinks. Usually at this point they also give us our donuts, and then we wait for the rest of our food, instead the guy at the window asked us to pull forward and they would bring our food out to us. I have never been asked to pull forward at this location, but I understand wanting to get people in and out quickly. We pulled forward and waited 10 minutes for our food. A girl brought out one bag, and i knew right away something was wrong because donuts and hot food are usually serves in separate bags. We opened the bag and sure enough there were no donuts. My boyfriend got out of the car and ran back inside to get them. Once we got on the road, we started to eat our food. My boyfriend had gotten a croissant breakfast sandwich, but when we opened the wrapper it was on an english muffin instead. I've gone to this location my entire life and have never seen any of the people working today, so I believe a good portion of them are still in training. I am very disappointed with the service I received, and i'm upset I paid for a sandwich that wasn't even made right.

  I'm usually not the type of person to leave bad reviews, but in this case, I can't let this go! Today I bought two hot coffees, an old-fashioned donut, and a vanilla long john. When I got home, the coffee was disgusting, and the donut was probably more than three days old. I honestly can't believe they would sell something like that.

  The kids working here need to be trained. They are disrespectful. Also place is filthy!! Disgusting.
