  Don't order here unless you want your delivery to always be late. Was given a delivery time of 30-45 minutes. Been over an hour and they are still "making the order". This had happened with previous orders and when the pizzas come, it's the worst cut pizza you will ever get. Tried pick up before and pizza wasn't ready even 45 minutes AFTER the time I was told to pick it up. When I addressed the manager about it, she was very rude and abrasive. Burned too many times, won't be burned again. There are way too many options surrounding this location on Weber that will actually take care of customers in a timely manner and deliver a way better product.

  Every. single. time we order delivery from here something is not right. First time, we got the complete wrong order and the driver called, asked if we had eaten anything, so we said no and he came back, took the wrong order and gave us our correct one! I sure hope that wasn’t given to the other delivery because ew. Next time we order, we tip on the app because it makes our lives easier. Our order was delivered and the driver waited at our door and first thing he says is “I’m waiting for cash for the tip” after delivery instructions were to leave at the door. Today we order and an item was missing from our order. No big deal, we’ll call and see if the driver can come back with it. We were on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. We explain the situation and talk to the manager and all he offers is a refund. I understand you don’t want to send a driver out for one little thing, but it’s not my fault that the driver didn’t complete the order. I say no, I would like what I ordered because it’s what I paid for and its not my fault you guys messed up. I was instantly met with attitude and “Well I’m not the one that messed up” No but you’re the manager so take some accountability.

  Do NOT order from this place. Spent over 2 hours with support only for them to say I have to place a new order. This was their fault and I ordered pan pizzas and was delivered hand tossed. They were gaslighting me for 2 hours. Then a new order came but the delivery driver was expecting cash. This id s disgusting behavior and the same woman I spoke to seemed to have absolutely no recollection of our conversation.
