  Anytime i come here, usually about 3-4 people cleaning or cooking or doing inventory. But have 1 work the line prepping orders and charging the customer. Minimum 10 minute wait every time.

  Chipotle has been my favorite fast food place all my life… I even wrote an essay at school about them, but today there was a fly in my chipotle bowl…. This blew my appetite completely and made me start disliking chipotle. (Picture connected)

  Ordered online, says order will be ready in about 8 minutes from ordering. Show up and order isn't ready. Ask the person behind the counter about my order, I'm told they are out of chicken. I ask, "you're OUT of chicken?". I'm told, we need to cook more. Ok, how long? Umm, let me ask the manager. She says 15 minutes. So why was my order said to be ready?? And the manager is showing ZERO effort to expedite or even apologize for the mistake. The manager was cooking the chicken and cutting up the chicken and there was plenty to start serving meals. I asked the young lady behind the counter if the chicken that was already cut up and ready could be used to start some orders and I was told it's not done. Thankfully one of the other young ladies decided to go ahead and start filling orders with that chicken. She should really be the manager! Worst Chipotle experience

  Not worth going to this Chipotle again. Somehow out of both white rice, brown rice and steak. When I asked when the rice would be ready I couldent get an answer. Lots of customers were also walking out behind me due to the lack of available ingredients.

  I walked out of this Chipotle because they literally had no steak and no rice—neither white nor brown. How do you run out of the most basic ingredients? I asked when more would be ready and the worker just gave me a blank stare like I didn’t exist. No communication, no effort, nothing. The entire staff looked miserable and completely uninterested in helping customers. On top of that, they refused to grab food from the online order area, even though it was sitting right there. Just lazy and disorganized all around. Easily one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. Do better.
