  i came in with my friend saturday night and the whole experience was terrible. We came in and were told it was open seating, the only 2 tables open were bigger tables for 5-8 people, we didn’t want to take up a big table for just us two so we waited around for a smaller table to be cleaned. after about 5 minutes of standing around we were just in the way of the servers trying to get thru so we decided to sit at a table that had a spray bottle and rag on it assuming it just had to be wiped down. throughout the next 20 minutes we were seated waiting, we had 3 different servers pass by our table multiple times without even saying a word to us which is honestly just crazy how ingnorant the staff were, the only nice and helpful member was a girl with blonde hair at the front counter .

  I went to this place after work around 7:05pm and when we got there we asked if we can sit anywhere and they said yes that it was open seating. we seen that the place was busy and didnt see any tables available except the tables with 6+ chairs. Mind you it was busy and just the two of us so we didnt want to take a huge table for just two people. then i ask a server named i think jasmine, if we’d be able to get a booth and she told me “one sec” in the most ignorant way lmao, i sat down after it not being cleaned because at that point we were just in the way standing for the table. After we sat down not a single waitress came by us and took our order or said a word to us. not even move the spray bottle that was on our table , we sat there for 30 minutes and didnt get any service at all so we spoke with a manager and she was just as ignorant as the waitresses which doesn't surprise me, we the left and went to taco bell across the parking lot LMAO. couldnt give you any stars for the food since we didnt even get spoken. overall bad place, except for the blonde lady up front

  The one star is for my waiter ONLY otherwise it’d be no starts! The manager on the other hand is absolutely awful! I came here to enjoy some food as I haven’t eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings in a while and I left with a pounding headache and a crappy mood! They have those claw machines that have the rubber chickens in them and these kids won it and were squeezing them NON STOP! It was so annoying! And the parents weren’t doing anything to stop them either! My entire time there they were just squeezing those things over and over and over again until I couldn’t take it and asked for the manager. Before I could even finish what I’m saying she cut me off and said she’s not telling a family to stop playing with a toy they won. She could’ve simply asked the family to be mindful of everyone else that was there trying to have a peaceful dinner! My waiter was very apologetic and said she was annoyed too. Just for me to find out from my waiter as I’m leaving that the manager didn’t want to say anything to that family because they are regulars! So just because they come here often just screw everyone else trying to enjoy their meal?! The favoritism is crazy. And now knowing that that family is regulars I definitely won’t be going back! And the food was awful and cold

  Saturday night and you guys have one server in the entire bar area?? How does that make sense. Waited 15+ mins just to get a server to the table and then another 30+ mins to bring our drinks over. What a joke. Are you guys that poor you can’t afford to hire more people? Got our food and finished it before they even thought to bring our drinks, after we reminded. NEVER coming back to this location.
