  Grabbed an Italian beef and it came out dripping but still somehow held together. The fries were hot, the place was packed, and everything moved fast. loud inside but that’s kinda the charm here. simple comfort food that just works when you’re hungry.

  It’s definitely worth the wait. The food is hot and fresh and the vibe is immaculate. I absolutely am obsessed with the cheese sauce.

  I mean... I love Portillo's. But this location is awesome, especially indoors. Love the retro & vintage look. Always had a good experience here with the staff being friendly, high food quality, and overall very clean environment. 10/10!

  Portillo's used to be one of my favorite places for good take out food. The experience I had today was horriable. We ordered to go my favorite items two bacon cheese burgers and two large cheese fries. The hamburgers have in the past been juicy and wonderful. Today both hamburgers were burnt and dried out. My wife and I both threw them away after taking a few bites. I am not picky and never usually complain about things but this was bad. Then the frys were underseasoned and under cooked and we ended up throwing them away also. We picked up the food at around 5pm on March 14.Your restaurant needs better quality control. Do not serve dry burnt hamburgers or under cooks frys. Thanks so much people. I usually love your place but please be careful what you serve people. Thanks. Reid
