This is my 2nd bad experience and I will not be coming back to this location. The young male attending the drive through today received me with an apathetic face. He then proceeds to tell me that my form of payment is not acceptable, as he cannot accept a $50 dollar bill. Even though my purchase was not a minimal purchase. It was about $20+. Unfortunately, I didn't have any other form of payment with me at the time. I expressed my concerns to him, his response was: "Oh too bad, I can't help you there" Then proceeds to toss my drink and food aside. How disappointing. I would have been willing to exchange my $50 bill at the gas station next door in order to get my food, if the young male would have offered a more constructive solution. I hate for food to go to waste after having the staff members prepare it for me. Clearly, he was not interested. I went to 7 Eleven next door to get a decent cup of coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches. It cost me less than half ($12) with no problems at all with my $50 form of payment.

My wife grabbed the empty napkin holder and placed it on the counter and was asking one of the employees if she could fill it, and the girl behind the register spoke up over my wife and said “no, she’s busy right now.” My wife said “I was just trying to help,” to which the girl replied “ask me for more napkins.” Her tone was condescending and disrespectful. As we were walking out, she and another employee were laughing. We just found out why this store has a 2.9 rating. We will never go to this Dunkin’ again.
