  Terrible service the employees charge you extra for stuff you don’t be asking. Train employees to learn how to ask customers properly instead of overcharging. Silly behavior and a little short old Mexican lady shoved her hand infront of my face acting like she couldn’t give me my money back with her nasty attitude. Do better with your employees.

  The past 2 times we had an unpleasant meeting with the same cashier, who obviously had a look as if he didn't want to assist us with our order. Tries to rush you and rolls his eyes when making any additions to your order. He makes a few snide comments after asking if you would like cream or sugar with your coffee, and is easily irritated after you ask questions about the menu. It's best to know what you want before you go; consider visiting the location on New Wilke Road instead.

  Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel tasted like chemicals. it was awful. i will never ever go back to this location.

  I pass a lot of DD coming from the west side and this one is the only place that makes my coffee spot on. Always fresh. Quick and friendly service. Piyush is always welcoming and friendly. The store is kept nice and clean as well. Best DD this side of RM

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. To begin with, the quality of the food was far below even the most basic expectations. The donuts I purchased were dry, flavorless, and tasted as though they had been sitting out for an extended period of time. There was no freshness or appeal—just a bland, almost stale product that did not reflect the standards one would normally associate with the Dunkin’ brand. Unfortunately, the poor food quality was only made worse by the level of customer service I encountered. The staff appeared disinterested and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I was not greeted upon entering, and when I approached the counter, the employee seemed irritated to take my order. There was no courtesy, no attempt to be helpful, and certainly no sense of professionalism. When I politely asked a question about the menu, I was met with a curt, almost annoyed response. Overall, this visit was thoroughly unsatisfactory on every level. The lack of care in both the food preparation and customer service was evident, and I left feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. I would strongly discourage others from visiting this location based on my experience, and I sincerely hope management takes steps to address these serious issues.
