  I went there last night 4/23/26 i was so disappointed. I get all the way home my wings were so dang hard and greasy i couldn’t even enjoy them. I didn’t even receive my carrots and celery after spending 30 dollars I would never eat there again. I want my hard earned money back 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

  Thanks for ruining an evening. Didn’t get my order through door dash and they all gave the the hardest time to get food I paid for, DoorDash wasn’t able to resend or refund me and the lady working wouldn’t make me new food when I went in person. So I was stolen from. Expensive food at that. Terrible customer service whoever runs this place is embarrassing

  What happened to Wingstop? Service and food down the drain!! I went after work they left out my barbecue boneless wings! I go back they give me cold hard plain wings!! I take them back in!! They took the same wings dipped them in barbecue and gave them to me cold🙄😳

  I have to say, out of all the places one can buy chicken, these guys got it down. Great crispy wings, juicy flavorful tenders with high quality chicken (not that cheap frozen stuff that tastes like rubber). I reccomend ordering original hot (buffalo) and lemon pepper wings or tenders as both are great.

  I called in to place an order of 20 mix and match wing original hot flavor. The customer service representative asked me in different ways if I wanted a combo boneless wings or combo bone in wings. I repeatedly told her that I did not want a combo, I just wanted a 20 piece mix and match boneless and bone in wings. I got home and I received all bone in. I called to get my order adjusted and was on hold over 10 minutes. If you don’t want my money then I will not give it to you. I drove over 20 minutes to get to this location. Never again. Update: so after holding over 30 minutes on the phone someone picked up but by that time I had arrived back at the store. The person that picked up asked redundant questions did not seem concerned with my issue so I just told him that I am walking into the store. After verifying in various ways that my order was incorrect, the representative at the counter stated that he would redo my order and that it would take 20 minutes to do so. When I picked up the corrected order it seemed that they had bald up the bag and the container it came in. Some of the pieces were really small. Boneless is not my favorite but I had tried a piece from an order made by my friend at another Wing Stop and wanted my own. This experience has made me feel like I should never shop at Wing Stop again.
