Had the worst experience waited 25 min for cold food fries were so old and apparently a jr cheeseburger deluxe consists of a meat patty cheese ketchup and mustard at least that's all that was on mine how disappointing tried calling to make a complaint they won't even answer the phone. Gave a 1 cause I can't give a 0!!!

$12-15/hr and still can't make a burger. The manager doesn't like to write off extremely old food so it looks like they know how to manage food flow. Thus, you end up with what shouldn't be served to anyone but the trash.

If I had personally known you could submit pictures of food that looked like trauma and regret, I would have taken the food I had delivered today to studio portraits. My order consisted of 4 cheeseburger deluxe, 10pc spicy nuggets, large fry and large coke. I haven't eaten out in a year. Fixed income. I decided to treat myself today. Do not buy from here. I hadn't had Wendy's in a very long time. Now I know why. Every burger was sprinkled with lettuce all over the wrapper then folded up so when each was unwrapped, the lettuce went all over my lap and on the floor. Then looked like they were put in a vice intentionally and smashed to a third the original size, placed under a non working heat lamp next to my soggy fries and nuggets before put into their bag. I would then like to add pictures of me getting sick twice, but that wouldn't be "appropriate". Then again neither is having to pay $45 for food that cost $24 at the store. Since I don't have a vehicle, next to my fixed income, yes I'm making a huge deal of this. Worst experience at Wendy's ever. Definitely never again. Good luck here. Highly not recommended.

I ordered some food at around 8:30 p.m. I went and picked it up and almost my entire order was incorrect. Asked for only ketchup and cheese on the double stacks. They had ketchup, Mustard, onion, and pickle and no cheese. I called to see if they could refund but since I ordered through the app I was told I had to contact them through the app. After spending time not getting through to anyone due to the customer service being closed and the live chat being down, I had to call again. I was then told very rudely to drive all the way back with the burgers and they would replace it. Once I arrived once again, I was questioned at the drive thru after already handing them the messed up order. The other food I had ended up getting cold and not edible because of the amount of time it took and lack of attention to how things are run and done. The individual who answered the phone sounded annoyed yet unbothered by an order they messed up. They didn’t offer to replace anything else and they even gave me the wrong drink. That was by far the worst experience I’ve had and a ridiculous display of incompetence. I’d give negative stars if I could. Don’t waste any money here. This particular restaurant is undeserving of any sort of praise or acknowledgement. What a massive joke.

I work 2nd shift. Any time ive ever gotten food here after work its cold and i know its been sitting for an hour. How hard is fast food? You dont even have to prep the veggies or fill sauces or anything. Its not even busy times when i get food there and its always cold old food thats been sitting since the dinner rush.
